Q:  How long until the decal is shipped?
A:  We do not carry stock of decals, each and every decal is cut specifically for you.  Because of this, and the fact that this is a hobby/side business, we reserve 1-2 weeks until your decal is cut and shipped.  However, we strive to get all our orders out within a couple days.  If your order is delayed longer than I feel it should be, you can most likely expect a coupon code for your next order or a partial refund for this order.  We pride ourselves on customer service and making you happy, so if you have any questions just email and ask! You will receive an email letting you know your decal has shipped.

Q:  Dark substrate?  Light Substrate? What does this mean?
A: When we use the term substrate.....we are talking about whatever you are sticking the decal to.  Most of our decals are designed to be stuck onto tinted windows, which are pretty close to black, so we use white and greys as they stand out against a black background.  The black parts in the pictures represent what you are sticking them to.  The other colors (White, grey, red etc.) are the cut pieces of the decal once they are applied.  Some decals have different versions for light or dark substrates, make sure you choose the right one because a black decal doesn't look very good on a tinted window.

Q:  You don't have the colors I want as a choice, can you do different colors?
A:  Yes we can!.  Our current colors are Black, White, Grey, Red, Green, Yellow, and Blue (color chart is coming soon).  If you would like to change the colors of the decal, during checkout leave a note of which colors you would like changed for each decal. If I am confused....I will email you and we will get it right before it is cut and shipped.

Q:  You don't have the size of decal I want.....can you cut them to different sizes?
A:  Yes we can!  The aspect ratio will stay the same (example, a 6" X 6" decal can be cut to 24" x 24", not 12" by 24").  If you would like a different size or larger size than is shown send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the decal name and # of colors as well as the requested size and I will quote you how much it will be to cut the custom size.  If you are ok with the price, I can send you a paypal invoice to your email.  Decals can be 29" on the shortest side or smaller....in other words if the decal is square I can do a 29X29" decal, if it is rectangle I can do 29"x however long you want it.

Q:  How long will your decals last?
A:  I try my best to create a quality product.  I cut all my decals using high quality industry standard intermediate calendared vinyl.  What that means to you is if you install your decal correctly, it should have a MINIMUM outdoor life of 6 years, or permanent indoor life.  If you have questions or concerns about how your decal is weathering let me know...I will make it right!  Be SURE to follow our tips for cleaning before installation.....as this will directly effect the life of the decal.  If you need something that lasts longer, email me and ask as I can use vinyls that are designed to last up to 10 years.

Q: I have a great idea for a decal, are you going to charge me $10 still to design it if it was my idea?
A: Easy question, if its something I can sell in my store online....you will not be charged the design fee.  If you want a one of a kind decal and want it to stay out of my store.....yes you will be charged.

Q: I am good at design.....can I design my own decal and have you cut it without the design fee?
A: Yes....as long as you give me a cuttable graphic I will not charge a design fee.  By cuttable, it needs to be entierly vector based image and saved as an .eps.  If you design it in photoshop or a program like that and send me a jpeg or gif....I still have considerable work to do to make the design cuttable, and in these cases I must still charge the design fee.

Q:  My order got cancelled after 2 weeks....what happened?
A:  Orders can get cancelled for a variety of reasons.  Payment may not have been completed from paypal, I may have had questions about your special instructions and you never contacted me back via email.  I never cancel an order without a reason, and if I am in the wrong or make a mistake I will make it right.  All orders that have payment processed that get cancelled will receive a full refund!  I will answer all emails sent to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
